the Creative Corner

Graphic design

Graphic design projects are my bread and butter. I began my professional creative journey after graduating with a Bachelor of Design from Griffith University, Queensland in 2004. From logo and brochure design, to Annual Report and corporate rebranding projects, I have developed a diverse portfolio of creative print and digital solutions.

Photography

Photography is a skill that I initially developed to compliment my graphic design skills. While working in Fiji early in my career, I became increasingly aware of the need to diversify my skillset beyond graphic design in order to compete against well-resourced design agencies. From there, my love of photography has grown and has become an important feature of my creative workflow.

videography

The way clients and consumers engage with creative content has changed dramatically over the last 15 years, particularly due to the emergence of social media platforms. Generating content that is dynamic and engaging is a skill that creatives can not afford to live without. I have worked with not-for-profits, INGOs and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to develop videos that tell the stories of the lives they have impacted.

special Projects

Often, projects will require the combination of each of the creative disciplines – graphic design, photography and videography. These campaigns are designed to tell a complete story using a variety of methods and strategies across multiple platforms. Together with my clients, we develop a suite of engaging videos and graphic content that can be optimised for social media, web and print.
